In their words

Ivan Farkas is a Florida-licensed real estate sales associate and founder of 3D HD Soft, LLC, based in Miramar and covering Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. He captures Matterport 3D tours of luxury residences, event venues and yachts, and builds what lives inside them: a multilingual Presenter that stands within the model and walks viewers room by room, a real-time Concierge that answers buyer and guest questions, and scripted guided-tour videos recorded from the tour itself. A 30-year software architect, Ivan builds his own tools and runs processing in-house. Recent work includes the charter yacht M/Y Lady Kristina in Fort Lauderdale and the Woman’s Club of Coconut Grove.
