Terms of Use

WGAN Find a Pro (the “map”) is run by WGAN Holdings LLC, doing business as We Get Around Network (“WGAN”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to anyone who uses the map, its pages, its embedded versions on other sites, and the data it serves, whether in a browser or by any other means.

By using the map you agree to these terms. When you post a job, sign in to the pro inbox or join a program, you confirm that agreement again. If you do not agree, do not use the map.

The map is a directory of 3D capture, virtual tour, drone and real estate media professionals (“pros”), and a way for people and businesses who need that work (“hirers”) to reach them. WGAN introduces hirers and pros. We are not a party to any agreement between them, we do not employ the pros, and we do not supervise or guarantee their work, pricing, availability, insurance or licensing.

Listings come from each pro's WGAN Directory profile and are supplied by the pros themselves. Badges such as “verified” mean only what the badge describes. Check anything that matters to you, such as insurance or a drone certificate, directly with the pro before you hire.

Pin positions are approximate and intentionally offset from the pro's actual location. Service areas, counts and ratings change as pros update their listings.

Give accurate details about the job, the property and how to reach you. A posted job is sent to matched pros once you confirm your email. When you pick a pro, we share your contact details with that pro so they can do the work.

Posting a job is free. Paid options are described, with their price and any refund terms, before you pay, and payment is handled by our payment processor. Those descriptions are part of these terms.

What we collect about you and who we share it with is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Keep your WGAN Directory listing accurate. A job sent to you is for quoting and doing that job. Do not resell a hirer's details, add them to a mailing list, or use them for anything other than that job without their permission.

The map lets people look up and hire pros. It is not a data source. Without our written permission, you may not, and may not help anyone else to:

• use bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, scripts, headless or automated browsers, or any other automated means to access, collect, copy or monitor listings, pins, profiles, pages or the map's data;
• request the map's data endpoints (anything under /api/) other than through the map's own pages in normal use;
• copy, compile or extract listings, pros' names, locations, services, equipment, platforms, ratings or any other part of the directory in bulk, by hand or otherwise;
• use any part of the directory to build, add to, check or update another directory, map, network, marketplace, lead service, mailing list or database, or to recruit or solicit the pros listed here as a group;
• use the map's content or data to train, tune or evaluate a machine-learning or AI model;
• get around a rate limit, bot check, challenge, block or any other technical limit on the map, including by rotating IP addresses or proxies, or misrepresent who or what is making a request.

Search engines may crawl and index the map's public pages for the purpose of showing them in search results, as long as they follow our robots.txt. That permission does not extend to anyone who uses a search engine's name or copies of its results to do something this section prohibits.

The map's data contains markers that identify copies made from it. We use them to find and act on copying.

Each pro owns the content of their own listing. WGAN owns the map itself: its design, software, text, the selection and arrangement of the directory, the compiled data as we publish it, and our names and logos. Using the map does not give you any right to that material beyond what these terms allow.

You are welcome to link to any public page, share a pro's page, and put the map on your own site with the code from our embed page. Embedding shows our live map; it does not let you copy its data.

• Post false, misleading or spam jobs, or impersonate a person or business.
• Try to reach parts of the map you are not authorized to use, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Use the map in a way that breaks the law or anyone else's rights.

The map is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that listings are accurate, that the map will always be available, and that any pro is fit for a particular job.

To the extent the law allows, WGAN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for anything a pro or a hirer does or fails to do. Our total liability arising from the map is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us through the map in the twelve months before the claim and US$100.

This section limits only what WGAN owes. It does not limit what you owe us for breaking these terms, including section 5.

If you break these terms, your permission to use the map ends. We may block your access, cancel jobs or listings on the map, and take legal action. When we tell you to stop, by email, by letter, or by blocking your requests, any further access by you, or by anyone acting for you, is without our permission.

Because copying the directory causes harm that money alone cannot fix, we may seek a court order to stop it, in addition to any other remedy. To the extent the law allows, if you break section 5 you will repay our reasonable costs of enforcing it, including attorneys' fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from the map will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the map after a change means you accept it. Questions, and requests for permission under section 5: findapro@wegetaroundnetwork.com.
